This policy applies to orders shipped to the European Economic Area (EEA). It sets out different terms for private consumers and trade buyers.

2. Right of Withdrawal for Private Consumers (14‑day cooling‑off period)

If you are a private consumer purchasing goods for personal use, you may withdraw from your distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods. For an order with multiple items delivered separately, the period starts upon receipt of the last item in that order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by email at [email protected]. You may send a clear written statement or use the standard withdrawal form below.

After you notify us, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date you sent your withdrawal notice.

3. Condition of Returned Goods

Scarves, wraps and shawls must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, free of stains, odours, damage or signs of wear, and with original packaging and tags attached. We reserve the right to deduct value reduction if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to examine them.

Goods that are damaged by the customer, washed, altered or soiled cannot be accepted for return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For consumer withdrawal: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to cover return shipping or we delivered defective items.

If the goods arrive defective, damaged or incorrect on our part, we will cover reasonable return freight and replacement or refund costs.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. We will issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return dispatch, whichever comes first.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the whole order is withdrawn.

6. Statutory Warranty for Defective Goods

Under EU consumer goods guarantee rules, we are liable if the scarves, wraps or shawls are defective, do not match the product description, or lack the quality reasonably expected for this type of goods. Private consumers have statutory warranty rights for a minimum of 2 years from delivery.

If you receive defective goods, please contact us promptly with photos of the defect, order number and delivery details. We may offer repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund according to applicable law.

7. Terms for Trade Buyers

The 14‑day unconditional withdrawal right for private consumers does not apply to trade buyers. Returns for trade purchases are only accepted if goods arrive damaged, defective, or do not match the agreed order specification, and must be notified to us within 7 calendar days after receipt. All such returns require prior written approval from us via email.

Unauthorised returns from trade buyers will be refused and sent back at the buyer’s cost.

8. Exclusions

• Goods returned without prior notice (except valid consumer withdrawal notice)
• Items damaged by customer misuse, washing, improper care or storage
• Goods missing original packaging, labels and swing tags
• Discounted clearance items where the defect was clearly disclosed before purchase
